So then, I've started brewing a couple months ago. My first batch was a Dark Ale. It was a can of extract, and I must say that I didn't keep very good notes or even mess with specific gravity.
While I was going to post more for this first post, I've had to run about on many errands and I'm tired and my knees hurt and all. I'll post more later.
